House. Early C19 with C17 wing to rear. Rendered brick with a slate
roof. Two storeys. T-shaped plan. The entrance front has a later
bow to the left hand side with a central half-glazed doorway and to
the first floor a sash window of 3 x 3 panes. To the right of this is
a further half-glazed doorway with flat-roofed porch and at right of
it is a bowed window with classical wooden surround to three lights of
3 x 4 sash panes. To the first floor at right and left are sash
windows of 3 x 3 panes and to the centre a sash window of 4 x 4 panes,
all these windows having C20 louvred shutters. Garden front: two C20
bay windows to the ground floor, the right hand one having French
windows. To the first floor above are sash windows of 4 x 4 panes
with louvred shutters to either side. To the rear is a projecting
gabled wing.
Interior: Doors with 6 fielded panels. The wing at rear has
chamfered ceiling beams to the ground floor.
