C18 altered. 2 storeys. Irregular facade with splayed corner treatment.
Tiled roof. Half-timbered at rear; painted brick street facade (former
No 1); roughcast stucco 1st floor with cavetto eaves cornice (former No
2, lst floor with Yorkshire casement). Ground floor altered. Former No
2 is the last surviving Poor Law House. Included for group value.

Nos 1, 3, 11, 13, Smithy and Stables at rear of Nos 15 and 17 and No 19 form a
group with No 46 Market Street.

Also forms a group with Nos 3A, 3B and No 5 Brook Street.
