Cottaye. C16 or earlier with late C17 alterations. Timber-framed and
plastered. C20 pantiled roof. Ridge stack to left of centre. One storey
and attic with inserted floors to original open hall, three unit plan with
outshuts to left and right hand gables. C20 boarded door, three ground floor
windows with glazing bars and one gabled dormer with casement window.
Interior: Roof replaced after fire c.1960, two hearths with rubbed brick
shaped heads to pair of niches.
