C18. Red and grey brick, stone chamfered quoins and rusticated window surrounds.
Hipped old tile roof, wood finial with wrought iron pinnacle, 1 storey, parapet,
stone coping and cornice band, 1 window, sash to river front, blocked window
to each side elevation. Panelled door to garden front under wood lintel.
