C16 much altered and restored. Timber-framed, brick nogging; old tile roof
with 4 early C17 chimney stacks. Two storeys. Modern casements; modern porch.
Wing connects house with former barn forming 3-sides entrance court. Access
through carriageway with gabled first floor oversailing on exposed corbels;
some of the building has modern cement rendering between timbers. RCHM I,
