Cottage. Circa later C17. Rendered cob walls. Half-hipped thatch roof. Large
rendered rubble rear lateral stack with brick shaft.
Plan: either 1 large heated room or a large room to right heated by rear lateral
stack with very small unheated service room to the left. May have formerly been
part of a larger house.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front, all on the ground floor, of late
C20 PVC 1-light casements. C19 plank door to the left with very small light above
just beneath the eaves.
