Cottage. Early C19. Probably mostly cob, rendered and colour-washed; hipped slate
roof in 3 sections.
Plan and development: long wing running north south, 2 attached wings at right-
angles to west, brick stack on ridge on north gable end of north-south wing, lateral
stack to west end of west wing. One room in each range.
Exterior: 2 storeys, irregular fenestration, sash windows with glazing bars and 2-
light casements. Door opening to north plank door.
Interior: with some minor coeval features including joinery.
