Cottage. Early C19. Rendered, possibly brick; gabled end slate roof. Double depth
plan, with front and rear rooms on left of entrance hall; rear and end stacks, brick
shafts. 2 storeys.
Front: asymmetrical 2-window range; all 3 windows of 2 lights, with C19 casements,
3 panes per light with margin panes. Fielded panel door, under canopy on shaped
brackets. Right-hand side with 16-pane hornless sash window; and a 12-pane sliding
sash window to basement.
