Road bridge over the River Tale. C18 or early C19. Local stone rubble with square
blocks used for voussoirs; C20 concrete coping. 2-span bridge of small elliptical
arches springing from low vertical abutments. The central pier has pointed
cutwaters rising only a short distance. The sides of the bridge rise to a plain
parapet without interruption. The parapet has rounded coping and ramps down each
end. On the upstream side the parapet turns outward.
