House. Probably C17 or earlier. Whitewashed and rendered, probably cob on stone
rubble footings ; thatched roof, gabled at ends ; end stacks with brick shafts.
Plan: Interior not inspected attime of survey, plan form unclear but probablv a
single depth range, 2 rooms wide with a shallow stair projection on front at right.
Both rooms heated from gable end stacks.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3 window front the front door to right of centre ;
C20 timber casement windows with glazing bars. Thatch carried down over shallow
projection at right end. Probably C19 low flint rubble garden wall encloses a small
front garden.
Interior: Not inspected but may retain features of interest and an interior
inspection could necessitate revising the suggested dating.
