5/139 Former mill house about 125 metres
- north west of Pennycombe Farmhouse

Former mill building. Probably early C19. Red sandstone with slate roofs, gabled at
ends.
Plan: H plan with a big porch on the west end.
Exterior: Substantially constructed with a plinth and cut stone dressings. Large
doorway to the gabled porch with a segmental internal arch.
The north elevation has regular fenestration with cut stone dressings and keystones :
a section of cob wall runs parallel to the north elevation. The east end has paired
timber doors with a re-used lintel and 2 loft windows with neatly-dressed stone
sills.
Interior: Machinery no longer exists.
