Cottage, may formerly have been addition to No. 1 Town Farm Cottage (q.v.). Circa
late Cl7. Rendered rubble walls with gable ended thatched roof. Projecting
rendered rubble stack at right gable end.
Originally probably addition of 1 heated room to lower end of adjoining property.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical 1 window front with C20 2-light casements to right on
ground and first floor and C20 glazed door to left under wood shingle porch.
Interior not inspected.
