SX 86 NE KINGSKERSWELL HALL'S LANE, Kingskerswell

House divided into flats, formerly lodge to Broadgate House which has been
demolished. Probably circa 1850-60. C20 extensions. Limestone rubble walls and 2
rendered gable end stacks. Gable ended asbestos slate roof.
Originally had 2 heated room plan with central entrance hall. C20 extensions added
at right-hand side and rear.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with central 2-storeyed porch. Original 2-
light casements with arched lights and recessed spandrels; porch window has arched
head. Flat arches to windows. Pointed arched doorway to porch with C20 plank door.
C20 flat roofed extensions at right-hand end and rear.
Interior not inspected.
