Lamp-post. Dated 1863 on commemorative plaque. Cast iron. Festooned, tapering
plinth, square in plan with concave sides. Fluted tapering post with clasping
petalled base and scrolled brackets. Square lantern with light, now converted
to electricity. Inscription on commemorative plaque on East side states:

COMMEMORATE
THE MARRIAGE
OF
HRH ALBERT EDW
Prince of Wales
ON THE IOTH DAY OF MARCH
1863.
