House. c1800. Brick with hipped plain tiled roof. 3 storeys,
2-window range. Doorway slightly off-centre in moulded
architrave with console brackets to entablature. 12-pane sash
windows to left on each floor (6 panes to second floor) with
flat-arched rendered heads, the right-hand windows blind in
ground and first floors. Dentilled eaves band. Large axial
stack. Blind window spaces in side wall to Church Street.
Forms a single build with No.2 Church Street (qv).
