Former stables and carriage house. Early C18. Ashlar. 2 storeys, 9 windows.

2 boarded doors and all window openings have raised surrounds with keystones.
A 3rd boarded door with plain overlight is a C19 insertion.

To right, carriage house has 3 segmental arches with keystones, and banded
square piers.

Steeply-pitched gabled roof with elaborate kneeler on right gable. One small
square ridge stack.

Rear wall is old brick in irregular English garden wall bond.

Windows temporarily bricked up and temporarily roofed with tin sheeting, pending
repair, at time of survey.
