Former schoolhouse, now private house. Late C18-early C19. Dressed stone with
graduated Lakeland slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central 4-panel door.
16-pane sashes on ground floor, 9-pane sashes above. Gabled roof with corniced
end stacks.

Early C19 single-storey, 1-bay addition to left has Yorkshire sash in chamfered
surround and stone brackets supporting eaves.
