House. c.1830 with older core. Ashlar with graduated Lakeland slate roof.
Garden walls: random rubble. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 6-panelled door. 4-pane
sashes on ground floor, 16-pane sashes above. Gabled roof with flat coping
and corniced end stacks.

Older masonry to rear.

Garden walls 3-4 ft. high with flat coping, broken at sides and in centre of
south wall by gateways with arched gatepiers.
