Detached house. Early/mid C19. Stucco. 2 storeys and basement.
5 windows, right hand 2 paired on both floors in slightly
recessed bay. Round-arched, architraved ground floor openings
linked by impost bands. Doorway with pilaster-jambs,
cornice-head, fanlight and panelled door. Sashes with margin
glazing. 1st floor sashes square-headed with architraves.
Entablature with roundels on frieze and blocking course.
INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached
cast-iron railings with spearhead finials to areas.
