Mausoleum. c1889. Stone. Gothic style. Rectangular plan with
moulded pointed arch entrance (blocked) and lancet in gable
above. Clasping buttresses lucarnes and finials. Returns with
blind trefoil tracery windows. HISTORICAL NOTE: Carl Rosa was
a German-born musician and founder of the Carl Rosa Opera
Company (1875) for performing operas in English.
