Terraced house. Late C18 or early C19, with mid to late C19
shop front. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet. 3 storeys;
one-window range. Entrance in cast-iron shop front, the only
original feature a cast-iron entablature. Segmental bay with
tripartite window on first and second floors. All windows flat
arched. Sashes of original design: to first floor, 6 x 12 to
centre and 4 x 8 to sides; to second floor, 6 x 6 to centre
and 4 x 4 to sides. Stacks to party wall.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
