Villa, now clinic and flat. Mid C19 with later alterations.
Pinkish-brown brick in Flemish bond with painted stucco to
front and left return and Welsh slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 and 3 storeys, higher, gabled and projecting to
left, with basement to right and 3 first-floor windows.
Chamfered plinth. 6 roll-edged steps to central entrance a
part-glazed, 4-panel door with cambered overlight in chamfered
surround and within projecting porch with rusticated Tuscan
pilasters supporting basket arch with central keystone within
frieze, wide cornice continues as first-floor band, blocking
course with central blind balustrade. To left a canted bay to
ground floor, with 2/2 between 1/1 sashes, rusticated arch
with keystone, cornice continues as first-floor band, low
parapet. To right a tripartite window, with 2/2 between 1/1
sashes with Tuscan pilasters between and to ends. Flat
rusticated arch with raised keystone. First floor: to left a
2/2 sash in moulded surround with frieze and dentil cornice.
To centre a 2/2 sash with moulded surround. To right a
tripartite window with 2/2 sash between 1/1 sashes with Tuscan
pilasters between and to ends, moulded sill. Wide eaves to
right. Second floor band to left, 2/2 sash with cambered head
in chamfered surround. Wide eaves to gable act as open
pediment. End and rear stacks.
