GV II

House. Early C19 with later additions and alterations
including mid-C20 extension to rear. Reddish-brown brick with
painted stucco facades and Welsh slate roof.
2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. First floor has 6/6 sashes
in plain reveals and moulded sills. Ground floor, plinth.
Central entrance, 2 roll-edged steps to 4-panel door with
overlight within surround of Tuscan pilasters, entablature
with blocking course. Tall 6/9 sashes in moulded, eared
surrounds, frieze and cornice. Hipped roof, rear stack with
cornice.
Right return has four 6/6 sashes, 2 to each floor, in plain
reveals and with moulded sills, those to ground floor have
frieze and cornice.
