Terraced houses. Early C19. No.74 rendered, Nos 75-76
stuccoed; roof obscured by parapet. 4 storeys, one-window
range. No.74 has a round-arched entrance with fanlight to
right; Nos 75-76 have flat-arched entrances with overlight;
full-height segmental bays with tripartite windows, sashes of
original design to first and third floors of No.75 and first
and second floors of No.76; parapet; side stack to No.74;
stack to party wall to Nos 75-76. INTERIOR: not inspected.
