Farmhouse. Late C17 with early C19 addition and C20
alterations. Painted brick; hipped and gabled old tile roofs
with brick ridge and end stacks. 3-unit plan with addition to
left of similar plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys plus attic; 3- plus 2-window range. All
windows have C20 uPVC casements; similar doors. Part to left:
Flemish bond, plain eaves. Entrance has doorcase and overlight
to C20 door. Ground floor has segmental-headed windows: patio
door to left and 3-light casement to right; first floors have
3-light casements flanking 2-light casement; 2 renewed gabled
dormers.
Part to right: English garden wall bond and top modillioned
brick cornice; segmental-headed entrance with C20 door;
altered window to each end of ground floor; first floor has 2
altered windows with blocked segmental-headed window to left;
one renewed dormer. Rear has single-storey gabled window with
end stack; first-floor window to left.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
