Formerly known as: Cottage west of Church Lower Quinton.
House. C17. Timber-frame with plaster infill; small section to
ground floor right has painted brick infill; steeply pitched
thatched roof with stone lateral stack and brick ridge stack.
3-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 4-window range. Entrance to rear. Windows
have single or 2-light casements, mostly with leaded glazing
and wrought-iron casement fasteners.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
