House. C17. Timber-frame with brick infill on stone rubble plinth with thatched roof. Stepped brick detached gable-end stack with cogged brick cap, and small brick detached stack at opposite gable end. Two-framed bays with C19 and C20 extensions at each end.

EXTERIOR: front to garden (south) with one restored casement in each framed bay with two-light attic casement under bay-width eyebrow within raised thatch eaves. Glazed panelled door to right-hand bay. Square framing with girding beam, wall plate and studs with mid rails. Lean-to tile-roofed extension to right with plain boarded door. Right and left gable end returns: end trusses with raking struts over double collar with vertical struts, partly masked by chimney stacks and tiled extension.

Rear: restored C20 casements set in each bay of square framing three panels high.

INTERIOR: chamfered bridging beams in each bay with ogee and plain chamfer stops. Single trenched purlin roof.
