Pair of semi-detached villas. 1843. Amber brick with
half-hipped slated roof and gables with barge-boards; stucco
dressings. Playful Gothic style.
2 storeys, 2 bays each, No.4 with gabled 1-storey extension to
left. Stucco door surrounds with small quatrefoil motif raised
over centre. Very slightly cambered, gauged-brick arches to
sash windows with glazing bars in projecting, gabled bays with
canted corners at ground floor. Ground-floor windows
tripartite with moulded stucco string above.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Nos 1-7 (consec) and No.10 (qqv) form a group.
