House now surgery. c1840. Gault brick with ashlar dressings,
hipped slate roof, 2 wall stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys 3 bay front, the left-hand entrance bay
slightly advanced. Brick plinth, deep stucco eaves cornice.
Pair of 4 panelled doors with plain overlight, set in plain
white marble pilastered surround with heavy console brackets
supporting flat hood; scrolled plinth blocks. To right are 2
plain sashes having splayed ashlar lintels with keystones. To
1st floor are 3 similar windows. To second floor are 3 smaller
sashes to eaves.
