Shop and house. Early C19, altered C20. Red brick, lined
stucco front, chamfered quoins. Hipped slate roof. Ogee
gutter. Wrought and cast-iron.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3-bay front having C20 shop front with
central door and mosaic pilaster. Above the fascia a balcony
supported on paired scrolled cast-iron brackets with C20
wrought-iron balustrading. To 1st floor 3 plain sashes. To 2nd
floor 3 smaller similar windows. All have splayed rusticated
lintels with keystones.
The return has a brick plinth and tall semicircular-headed
glazing bar stair light. Early C19 6-panel door in panelled
reveals, with plain pilasters, fluted capitals and narrow
hood.
