Pair of attached houses. Circa 1840. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof with deep bracketed eaves. Rendered stacks with yellow clay pots.
PLAN: Pair of attached houses with overall 5-bay front and with side entrances.
Italianate style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 5-bay south east front; windows in moulded architraves, first floor with bracketed cills and replacement sashes without glazing bars, centre blind; ground floor French casements with cornices. Entrances at sides, No.1 to left has porch with round arches, No.2 on right has side doorway within coach house on right [north east] side.
INTERIORS not inspected.
A pair of stuccoed Italianate villas and one of a group of similar houses in Lyndhurst Road.
