House. Circa mid C19. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof with deep bracketed eaves. Rendered stacks with cornices.
PLAN: rectangular double-depth plan with entrance on left side.
Italianate style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-bay south east front with moulded stringcourses, sash windows without glazing bars, ground floor in moulded architraves with cambered heads, keyblocks and pilasters with brackets supporting balustraded balconies to first floor windows; first floor windows have moulded eared architraves with cambered arches with keyblocks. 2-storey porch on left side with round arch with spandrels and keyblock. On right [north east] side, projecting at front, is a later C19 conservatory with a ridge ventilator with a crested ridge.
INTERIOR not inspected.
