Pair of attached houses. Circa mid C19. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof with modillion eaves cornice. Rendered axial stack at centre.
Pair of large attached houses of double-depth plan.
Italianate style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical 4-bay east front; centre bays advanced slightly with segmental-headed recesses; moulded stringcourse at first floor cill level with vestigial brackets under the windows; segmental arch first floor 12-pane sashes, the outer windows in moulded architraves; at centre in recesses of advanced bays large tripartite sashes complete with glazing bars and cornices on console brackets; similar cornices over doorways to left and right that have rectangular overlights with diagonally intersecting glazing bars and panelled doors. Late C20 flat roof dormers.
INTERIOR not inspected.
