Pair of attached houses. Circa mid C19; extended C20. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof with modillion eaves cornice and two small pedimented dormers. Rendered axial stack at centre.
PLAN: Pair of attached houses with extensions on north and south sides.
Italianate style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical 4-bay east front, the end bays slightly advanced, ground floor rusticated, moulded string courses and moulded eaves; ground floor two pilastered tripartite windows with panelled apron and round arch recessed doorways to left and right with panelled doors and semi-circular fanlights with radiating glazing bars; round headed first floor windows, centre paired, with moulded architraves with keyblocks. All sashes, complete with glazing bars. Set back on left and right [south and north] sides are lower 2-storey extensions.
INTERIOR not inspected.
A well preserved mid C19 pair of attached houses and one of a group of stuccoed Italianate villas in Victoria Park Road.
