Description

Circa 1825, 2-storey, wide 3-bay house. Harled, painted
tooled ashlar margins. Centre door flanked at left by
blocked door (in place of former window) and asymmetrical
outer bay window. Single window in NW gable; 8-pane glazing;
coped end stacks; slate roof.
Single storey, 2-bay rear wing to Lilleshall Street.

Statement of Interest

Corner site with Lilleshall Street. Sutherland Street

and Lilleshall Street "to be developed" in 1824. James Loch

to Countess of Sutherland, 1824.
