Description

Late 18th to early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house, at end of terrace. Painted render; E elevation painted rubble. Painted margins and base course to N elevation.

N (SHORE STREET) ELEVATION: deep-set door at centre; panelled door with letter-box fanlight. Regular fenestration.

E ELEVATION: window to right at ground floor. Very small square window to right in gablehead.

W ELEVATION: adjoined to No 13 Shore Street (see separate listing).

Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows; fixed glazing to E elevation. Painted coped skew to NE. Broad painted rubble stacks; gablehead to E, mutual to W. Small purple-grey slates. Octagonal cans.
