Mackenzie and Matthews 1851. Cottage style 1/2-storey and
attic, in fall of ground, neat design harled with margins,
broad eaved roof with bargeboards. Entrance front 2-window
and centre door with hoodmould, 3 small dormers above; twin
gable S. front, centre set back between with dormer.
