Description

Earlier 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay Inn. Door with letterbox fanlight to centre. Rendered walling to front and rear, smooth rusticated quoins, raised painted basecourse and margins; rubble sides. 2 gabled single storey linked projections to rear. All single windows, sash and case with 12-pane glazing. Moulded eaves cornice, slate roofs, rusticated end stacks. 2 canted piended dormers. Door in left gable return. Modern single storey flat-roofed extension to right.

OUTBUILDING: to rear. 2-storey, gabled former stable. Painted rubble. Door in gable end towards hotel with hayloft door at 1st floor above. Small window under eaves on long left return; 3-widely spaced bays to right return with regular openings. Stack to far gable.
