Description

Style of Walter Newall. Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay
house with full-height near full-width twin-gabled rear (N)
wing (possibly doubled in width). Rubble-built with red
ashlar dressings and margins and projecting cills;
small-paned sash windows.
S ELEVATION: central door with fanlight, pedimented doorcase
with consoled pediment with anthemion ornament; canted
ground floor windows probably original; single windows above.
Projecting eaves; short end stacks; roofed with graded slates.
