Early 19th century. Pair of 2-storey, 2-bay houses, No 49
with basement. Painted rubble walling with squared quoins.
Steps to paired central doorways, recessed doors with
fanlights and modern doors.
Slate roofs, skews, corniced wallhead stacks. Gable to No 51
with 4 single windows; modern glazing. Gable to 49 with 2
doors to basement.
Drystone wall fronting road at No 51.
