Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay house with shop at ground, in terrace. Harled. Painted architraved margins at 1st floor.

S (MAIN STREET) ELEVATION: shop door, with fanlight, at centre, flanked by 2 display windows; plain fascia above; operational canopy and original fixtures. Door, with 2-pane transom light, to pend to outer left. Window to left and right at 1st floor. Elevation of Nos 57 and 59 Main Street (see separate listing) continues onto elevation to left. W ELEVATION: adjoined to No 57 and 59 Main Street.

E ELEVATION: adjoined to No 63 Main Street.

Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows to 1st floor; plate glass display windows at ground floor. No skews. Gablehead stacks, harled to E, broad rubble and mutual to W. Modern profiled tiles. Octagonal cans.
