Mid 19th century. Symmetrical classically composed 2-storey
villa with flanking single-storey pavilions joined by curtain
walls.
3-bay symmetrical 2-storey house with advanced centre bay,
modern harled walling with smooth rusticated quoins, raised
polished margins and band course over ground.
Corniced Roman-Doric pilastered doorpiece to centre with
deeply recessed door. Single-light sash and case windows with
12-pane glazing pattern. Eaves band and cornice, crenellated
parapet to central bay. Rear elevation painted rubble with
raised margins, French doors opened to ground. U-plan piended
roofs. Lower 2-storey piended wing to centre.
Each side of house timber-framed conservatories (20th
century) back on linking walls - lean-to sheds to rear.
Single storey piend-roofed pavilions with attic dormers,
painted rubble with polished raised angle and window margins.
Corniced axial stacks with octagonal cans, slate roofs.
