Description

Earlier/mid 19th century. 3-storey corner tenement with
shops at ground; 5 bays to Buccleuch Street, 3 bays
to Charlotte Street, single bay in canted angle. Red
ashlar, channelled at ground. Cill band at 1st and at
2nd floors, sash windows, mainly with 12-pane glazing
pattern. Eaves/lintel band; cornice; corniced end and
wall-head stacks; slate roof.
