Early 19th century. 3-storey 3-bay tenement with shop at
ground with consoled fascia, close door left with tall
fanlight. Painted droved ashlar. Windows above ground all
plate glass sashes; eaves/lintel band; cornice; blocking
course; straight skews; end stacks; slate roof.
