Description

Late 18th century. Pair of terraced houses. Symmetrical 2-storey, 2-bay houses; rendered, lined as ashlar and painted walling, raised rendered cills.

Ground floor with central pend doorway flanked by house doorways and outer windows; all modern doors. All single light sash and case windows; 4-pane glazing pattern to No 10, No 12 with 2-pane upper sash and plate glass lower.

Graded slate roofs, sandstone skews and ridge, coped end stacks.
