Description

Mid 19th century, single-storey and attic house, 3-bay
symmetrical front with neo-Jacobean detail. Neat coursers
with painted ashlar dressings. South west entrance front,
door in central slightly projecting porch with shaped gable
head, flanking canted windows with shaped parapets.
Decorative quoins. North west elevation (to Well Road)
pedimented door with window in elaborate moulding over, in
gable. Slated roof corniced triple flues to end stacks
straight skews and bold scrolled skewputts. Rear central
gablet with apex stack and skewputts. Ball finialled panelled
gatepiers.
