Early 19th century. 2-storey 4-bay semi-detached house with canted extension to front, addition to rear and small outhouse to E. Whinstone rubble, harled with exposed cream sandstone margins.
S (FRONT) ELEVATION: harled projecting gabled porch with windows on returns to bay to left of centre. 2-storey canted bay to outer right breaking eaves with small windows to outer sides at ground floor, 3 windows at 1st floor. Regular fenestration to remaining bays.
N (REAR) ELEVATION: large 2-storey rectangular-plan addition with half-piend roof to outer right.
E ELEVATION: gabled with apex stack and single window.
OUTHOUSE: single storey, gabled with apex stack to W. 12-pane timber sash and case windows. Slate roof. Shared and apex stack with thackstanes.
INTERIOR: not seen 1994.
Low whinstone rubble boundary wall with bolder coping.
