Early 19th century, 2-storey 3-window painted front to Barossa Place, 2 ground floor canted bays with centre cast iron columned porch, balcony above, consoled doorpiece within: rubble front to Hay Street, canted bay through both floors, piended roof: single-storey flanking additions,

modern stuccoed bay at 1st floor on West gable. Hipped, slated roof.
