Circa 1830. Neo-Greek. 4-storey, ashlar, Greek. Doric columned, ground floor on Charlotte Place balcony. 4-window front with 3-window bow to Charlotte Place 3-window front to Charlotte Street: main cornice, blocking course, slated roof.
