Description

Mid/Later Victorian. 2-storey semi-detached villa on corner

site, snecked rubble, symmetrical Glebe Crescent frontage,

1-window between canted bays, centre Roman Doric pilastered

doorpiece with shouldered opening; other openings

stop-chamfered. 3-window (2-bipartites) frontage to Windsor

Place, centre pilastered doorpiece; stop-chamfered openings. Single-storey wing to Glebe Crescent gable, screen wall,

1-window, 1-door.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
